• Role & responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

• Greeting and Consultation: Service Advisors are the first point of contact, greeting customers and discussing vehicle issues to understand their concerns.
• Appointment Scheduling: They schedule service appointments based on technician availability, aiming to minimize wait times and align with customer convenience.
• Vehicle Assessment and Documentation:
• Problem Diagnosis: Listening to customer-reported issues, they conduct preliminary assessments and document concerns accurately for the technicians.
• Service Recommendations: Based on their assessment, they suggest necessary repairs or maintenance, explaining the benefits and urgency to the customer.

Coordination and Communication:

• Work Order Creation: They translate customer concerns into detailed work orders for technicians, ensuring all necessary information is conveyed.
• Parts Management: Coordinating with the parts department, they ensure timely availability of required components, preventing service delays.
• Progress Updates: Throughout the service process, Advisors keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, addressing any additional findings or recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

DME candidates with expeience in Truck dealership.

Age below 30 years.

Must have computer knowledge
