Job Responsibilities

• Handle customers professionally and understand their vehicle service & repair requirements.
• Prepare accurate job cards and explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
• Keep customers updated regarding vehicle status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Handle customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Explain completed work, service charges, and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.
• Maintain proper service records and follow dealership processes and standards.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop.
• Good knowledge of vehicle servicing and basic automobile technical aspects.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other departments.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented attitude.
