Service Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advisory services to customers on automobile maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales orders, invoices, and warranty claims.

Job Requirements :

• 2-9 years of experience in an automobile service advisor role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of automobile service procedures and industry regulations.
• Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in providing advisory services to customers on various aspects of vehicle maintenance.
