Service Advisor( Car Inspection)- Noida And Ghaziabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with body shops to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of work.
• Conduct thorough vehicle evaluations to assess damage and provide estimates for repairs.
• Manage PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) processes to ensure vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring their needs are met.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in an automobile service industry role such as a Service Advisor or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of body shop operations, including scheduling and estimating procedures.
• Ability to conduct thorough vehicle evaluations using industry-standard methods and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
