Service Advisor( Car Inspection)- Faridabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct final inspections to identify defects or issues with vehicles before delivery.
• Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring accurate stock management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 1-19 years of experience in an automobile service industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of body shop operations, including PDI processes.
• Ability to evaluate vehicle condition through visual inspections and diagnostic tests.
• Proficiency in servicing various types of vehicles, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty equipment.
