We have excellent opening for the position of Server Engineer L1 (Pune - Pimpri)

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs

CTC - 25000

Job Location: Mumbai (Thane)

JD as follows

• Monitor Windows and Linux servers using monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting for server, OS, hardware, and connectivity-related issues.
• Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, services, processes, and server availability.
• Handle server alerts and incidents as per defined SOPs and escalation matrix.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of:

1. Windows Server

2. Linux/Unix servers

3. Disk space and filesystem issues

4. Server services/processes

5. Network connectivity

6. Hardware alerts

7. Application/service availability

• •Check and restart failed services/processes as per approved procedures.
• Perform basic user/access-related troubleshooting and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Monitor backup jobs and report failed or missed backups.
• Monitor server performance and identify abnormal utilization.
• Maintain incident/request tickets with proper troubleshooting details and resolution updates.
• Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 teams within defined SLA.
• Follow change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Maintain daily shift handover and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Data Center, Network, Application, Backup, and Security teams when required.
• Follow ITIL processes and organizational security policies.
