Serial Life - Glazing (3-5)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in design evolution of Glazing components during series production.
• Prepare CAD documentation, Change management documents
• Provide CAD/CAM data exchange support for manufacturability.
• Support geometric variation analysis, gap & flush management, and tolerance studies.
• Monitor warranty returns and customer quality issues.
• Ability to understand the QC concerns and study on the issue resolution.
• Archive quality files and knowledge capitalization dossiers at project milestones.
• Ensure supplier technical files converge with Renault’s QCDP milestones, validating readiness at each stage.
• Able to converge cost impacts of engineering changes and modifications.
• Support VA/VE initiatives by documenting cost‑saving proposals & prepare dashboards summarizing realized and potential savings.
• Assist plants engineers in resolving non‑conformities with provisional solution files.

Key Requirements

• Provide CAD design and documentation support for Glazing during serial life management.
• Contribute to technical convergence, supplier deliverables, and compliance with Renault standards and EU directives.
• Support design evolution, modification management, and supplier coordination throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
• Catia V5 / V6 knowledge, Enovia / 3D Experience is added advantage.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education: BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant
