Role & responsibilities

Process Definition & Improvement:

Develop, implement, and maintain software engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices tailored to organizational needs.

• Agile & Scrum Implementation:

Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure effective project execution and team collaboration.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with software quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective use of metrics and KPIs.

• Production Metrics Management:

Monitor, analyze, and optimize production metrics to achieve operational excellence and deliver measurable results.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to integrate and reinforce process improvements into daily operations.

• Training & Development:

Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in process methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Tool Implementation:

Identify and implement process automation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to improve productivity and streamline operations.

• Stakeholder Communication:

Act as a bridge between stakeholders, effectively communicating process changes, project updates, and improvement initiatives.

• Risk Management:

Identify potential risks associated with current processes and provide actionable solutions to mitigate them proactively.

Preferred candidate profile

Certifications in CMMI, Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent process improvement methodologies.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced IT software development environment.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in software engineering processes.
