Role Overview

We are looking for an OA & Negotiation Associate to support campaign outreach, prospect identification, prospect negotiation, sample prospect requests, and retargeting activities.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, research abilities, and the ability to work towards defined campaign and negotiation targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Outreach

• Manually identify and collect relevant contact information from target websites and prospects.
• Research and identify relevant prospects through various platforms, search engines, and SERPs.
• Execute email outreach campaigns to identified prospects using approved campaign processes.
• Maintain accurate and updated prospect information for campaign tracking.
• Follow defined quality criteria while identifying and adding prospects to the database.
• Monitor outreach activities and maintain daily campaign updates.

2. Prospect Negotiation

• Negotiate with prospects based on project requirements, budget, and defined guidelines.
• Follow up with prospects to move interested opportunities through the negotiation process.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and ensure timely responses.
• Update negotiation status and maintain accurate records of ongoing negotiations.
• Work towards converting interested prospects into active opportunities.

3. Sample Prospect Requests Database

• Work on sample prospect requests received from the Database team.
• Review requirements and identify suitable prospects based on project criteria.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to validate prospect quality and availability.
• Ensure qualified prospects are shared within the required timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of completed sample prospect requests.

4. Retargeting & Negotiation

• Identify prospects that require retargeting based on previous outreach or negotiation status.
• Re-engage prospects through appropriate follow-up communication.
• Negotiate and attempt to convert previously contacted prospects into active opportunities.
• Maintain accurate retargeting and negotiation status in the tracking system.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion opportunities.

Role Expectations

The associate should be able to independently manage assigned campaign outreach, prospect research, negotiation, and retargeting activities while maintaining quality, accuracy, productivity, and timely delivery.

The role also requires effective coordination with the Database, Mapping, and other relevant teams to ensure the smooth movement of prospects through the process.
