Job Overview

GoodWorkLabs is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Intern with a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization and hands-on knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Backlink Building and Link Building.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with On-Page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and content optimization.
• Execute Off-Page SEO activities and backlink-building strategies.
• Build and manage quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Identify relevant websites and opportunities for link building.
• Assist with directory submissions, guest posting, business listings and other SEO activities.
• Monitor backlinks and SEO performance.
• Assist with basic website SEO audits and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Understanding of On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO.
• Good knowledge of Backlink Building / Link Building.
• Basic knowledge of Keyword Research.
• Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work on live SEO projects.
