SEO Specialist

Bonoboz is seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role demands an analytical mind with a deep understanding of SEO practices to drive our organic search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Keyword Research: Identify and analyze high-performing keywords to guide content creation and optimize website performance.
• On-page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and user experience.
• Off-page Optimization: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to improve site authority.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits and implement solutions to improve site health and crawlability.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Guide junior SEO executives, share best practices, and contribute to the development and performance of the SEO team.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-standard SEO tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in implementing and monitoring SEO strategies.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced SEO techniques.
• Background in content marketing and experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for on-page SEO implementation.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends, Google algorithm updates, and SEO best practices.
