Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, optimizing search engine rankings, and implementing effective SEO strategies across company websites.
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant target keywords.
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and internal links.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for search engines and users.
- Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities for organic growth.
2. Off-Page SEO
- Develop and execute backlink-building and link-acquisition strategies.
- Conduct link outreach and identify relevant websites for quality backlinks.
- Monitor backlink profiles and identify harmful or low-quality links.
- Improve domain authority and website credibility through ethical SEO practices.
3. Technical SEO
- Conduct website SEO audits and identify technical issues.
- Monitor crawling, indexing, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects.
- Identify page-speed and Core Web Vitals improvement opportunities.
- Work with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Identify duplicate content, broken links, and website structure issues.
4. SEO Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to increase organic visibility.
Required Skills
- Strong practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor research.
- Knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility
- 1-4 years of relevant SEO experience.
- Willingness to work from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Available to work five days a week.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred: Candidates who can demonstrate measurable improvements in organic traffic, keyword rankings, and website performance.
