About this role
Core Responsibilities
SEO Organic Growth
- Own the full SEO roadmap - keyword strategy, on-page optimisation, technical fixes, and off-page authority building.
- Optimise and update website content, landing pages, metadata, and internal linking on Wix.
- Implement schema markup (FAQ, HowTo, Product, Organisation) and resolve technical SEO issues.
- Track organic performance via GA4 and Google Search Console; surface actionable insights to the marketing lead.
Paid Campaigns Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor and improve CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality on a weekly basis.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards; present results and recommendations to the marketing lead.
Analytics Reporting
- Track competitor digital strategies and identify content, keyword, and campaign opportunities.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Own the marketing analytics stack - ensure tracking, attribution, and tagging are correctly configured across all channels.
Coordination
- Brief and coordinate with the external social media and design agency on campaign assets, landing page creatives, and ad visuals.
- Align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
Tools (Hands-On Required)
- SEO: SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console
- Ads: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- CMS: Wix or similar
- Reporting: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Good to have
- Power BI or Google Looker Studio for dashboard reporting.
- Basic HTML/CSS (helpful for landing page tweaks and email templates).
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for producing basic ad creatives and campaign assets independently.
- Basic video editing skills - cutting, captioning, and polishing short-form video for Reels and Shorts.
- Email marketing experience - list building, segmentation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Awareness of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search visibility.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
- Prior agency experience.
What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with demonstrable depth in SEO and paid acquisition.
- Proven ability to manage ad budgets and deliver measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical instinct - you lead with data, not assumptions.
- Comfortable working as the sole in-house owner of SEO and performance marketing, not as a campaign manager delegating to a team.
- Self-driven and resourceful. You figure things out without waiting to be told.
