The Role:

We are seeking a hungry, analytical SEO fresher determined to dominate search rankings. Your singular goal is to drive massive organic traffic to JobExcello by ensuring our pages rank in the top 10 search results for key industry terms.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies for the Job Excello platform.
• Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent search terms used by active job seekers and recruiters.
• Monitor daily traffic, perform technical site audits, and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Implement link-building strategies and work alongside content creators to ensure all digital assets are search-optimized.

Ideal Skills & Profile:

• Must hold relevant industry certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing Analytics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO elements.
• Familiarity with standard SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Moz).

• Structure: This is a 3-month Trainee/Internship program designed to test your real-world execution.
• Stipend: 10,000 per month (Fixed) for the first 3 months.
• The Upside: This is an audition for a permanent role. If you consistently hit the targets, take complete ownership of your vertical, and contribute directly to the company s growth you will be offered a highly competitive full-time position immediately following the 3-month period.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to perform a mini-SEO audit and provide a top-10 keyword strategy for the assigned webpage. Final interview to follow.
