About this role
Position: SEO Marketing Specialist
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Magarpatta, Pune | Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO, AEO & GEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent analysis.
- Handle on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, Featured Snippets, PAA and AI search.
- Work on content optimization, entity SEO, structured content and schema markup.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR and conversions and conduct SEO audits.
- Create and optimize content around IT/software development and software testing topics.
Required Skills:
SEO, AEO, GEO, Keyword Research, Technical SEO, Content Optimization, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, basic HTML & Schema Markup.
Preferred: IT/SaaS/B2B experience and knowledge of AI-search optimization and Core Web Vitals.
