We are hiring an experienced, hands-on SEO Manager to independently manage and execute all SEO activities for our WordPress website, www.competishun.com, to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and conversions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute complete SEO strategies for organic growth.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page SEO optimization.
- Research, write, publish, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs and educational content.
- Execute off-page SEO, quality backlink building, and digital PR outreach.
- Manage technical SEO, WordPress optimization, indexing, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Create and optimize SEO landing pages for JEE, NEET, online courses, and test series.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, qualified leads, and conversions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 58 years of proven hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and WordPress.
- Practical experience in SEO content writing, blog publishing, and backlink building.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- EdTech or education industry experience preferred.
Important: This is an independent, hands-on execution role. The candidate must personally handle SEO strategy, blogs, backlinks, technical optimization, and overall organic growth rather than only managing a team.
