ROLE OVERVIEW
Position Name: SEO Manager CTC: As per company standards Experience: 6+ Years
We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented SEO Manager to lead InCruiter s organic growth initiatives and manage the end-to-end SEO function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, team management, and scaling organic traffic for SaaS/B2B platforms.
EXCITED ABOUT YOUR TASKS
Develop and lead end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals Manage and mentor the SEO team while driving execution excellence Oversee keyword strategy, competitor analysis, technical SEO, and content optimization initiatives Drive organic lead generation and improve website visibility across search engines Collaborate with content, product, design, and development teams for SEO implementation Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure resolution of crawl, indexing, and performance issues Build scalable link-building and digital outreach strategies Monitor website performance and prepare strategic reports with actionable business insights Track algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies proactively Define SEO KPIs, performance benchmarks, and growth roadmaps for the team
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
6+ years of proven experience in SEO with strong organic growth achievements Hands-on experience managing SEO teams and multi-channel SEO strategies Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and search engine algorithms Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or product-based companies Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with a data-driven mindset Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
Preferred Skills
Experience in international SEO and enterprise SEO strategies Understanding of PPC, content marketing, and digital growth channels Familiarity with AI-driven SEO and marketing automation tools Prior experience in HRTech or SaaS domain is an added advantage
