Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and overall online visibility.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities and establish strategic priorities.
• Oversee on-page, off-page, Local SEO, and technical SEO activities, ensuring alignment with search engine guidelines and business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB) to strengthen local search rankings, business visibility, and lead generation.
• Plan and oversee website content optimization, including landing pages, blogs, FAQs, metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
• Develop and execute link-building strategies, monitor backlink profiles, and strengthen domain authority through relevant, high-quality backlinks.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant SEO tools.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and campaign performance; prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, and structured data in coordination with development teams.
• Develop and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other generative search experiences.
• Optimize content, FAQs, structured data, brand entities, and authoritative online mentions to improve discoverability and increase the potential for AI-generated citations and recommendations.
• Monitor AI search visibility, evaluate emerging optimization opportunities, and strengthen brand authority across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, evolving SEO and GEO practices, and changes in search behavior to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Manage multiple SEO projects, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely execution of optimization activities in line with client objectives.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, and digital marketing team members to implement SEO recommendations and maintain campaign quality.
• Provide strategic recommendations, identify performance gaps, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve measurable improvements in search visibility, website traffic, and business outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, Local SEO, and Google Business Profile.
• Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, technical SEO, and content optimization.
• Understanding of GEO/AI search optimization will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple SEO projects and international clients across diverse markets.
