Role Overview: Seo Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Intern to support organic growth, AI visibility, and content-led marketing initiatives. The role offers hands-on exposure to AI-driven SEO, content ideation, data-backed SEO strategies, and full-funnel execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, website copy, and digital content.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-intent, long-tail, and content opportunities using SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and other tools.
• Develop content around search intent, topic clusters, semantic relevance, and audience needs.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search, Google AI Overviews, and LLM discovery using AI SEO/GEO best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis, content gap research, and SERP analysis to identify new content opportunities.
• Build and manage a content calendar aligned with SEO and business objectives.
• Optimize existing content for readability, engagement, organic visibility, and conversions.
• Handle basic on-page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, URLs, image alt text, and schema.
• Track content and SEO performance through Google Search Console and GA4, and use insights to improve content strategy.
• Stay updated on SEO, AI search, GEO, content marketing, and emerging search trends.
• Maintain documentation of content initiatives, experiments, learnings, and performance reports.
• Research and identify influencer, creator, and partnership opportunities aligned with the brand's target audience and growth objectives.
• Assist with basic video editing, including cuts, transitions, captions, subtitles, hooks, B-roll, and platform-specific formatting.
• Support the execution of content-led marketing campaigns, including community engagement, promotional initiatives, and brand awareness activities.
• Analyze content performance across website, social media, and video platforms and recommend improvements based on audience behavior and engagement trends.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering content performance, SEO growth, AI visibility, organic traffic, and key learnings.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
• Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Postmaster
• Strong content writing and research skills
• Basic knowledge of email marketing and design principles
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
