SEO & GEO Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) performance for the company and support cross-sell SEO needs across other company brands.
• Drive organic visibility through content, technical health, structured data, and local presence and report results and strategy to leadership monthly.
• Content strategy & creation: plan, write/edit, and optimize on-site content to improve SEO and GEO performance across product and cross-sell brand pages.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and reports on a quarterly-to-annual cadence; identify and drive fixes for crawlability, indexation, and site health issues.
• Structured data & site architecture: implement and maintain schema markup; build and optimize additional landing pages to support organic growth.
• Google Business Profile: own monthly GBP updates — posts, listing accuracy, Q&A, and review management.
• Reporting: deliver a monthly performance and strategy report

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience, ideally in SaaS or a multi-brand environment.
• Proficiency with GSC, GA4, and a technical SEO platform (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
• Working knowledge of schema/structured data implementation and technical audits.
• Strong content writing/editing skills; understands E-E-A-T and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with GEO / AI-search optimization (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews) a plus.
• Must be fluent with English communication.
• Must work in EST hours.

SUCCESS METRICS

• Organic traffic and keyword ranking growth across product and cross-sell pages.
• Technical site health score and time-to-resolution on audit findings.
• GBP engagement , On-time delivery, Reports
