About the Role

This is not a generic SEO content role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the personal-loan customer journey, loan keywords, lead-generation funnels, affiliate ecosystems and digital lending acquisition economics.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Lead Generation

• Develop and execute SEO strategies specifically for Personal Loans, Instant Loans, Salary Loans, Short-Term Loans and related financial products.
• Build organic traffic and convert it into high-quality loan applications/leads.
• Identify high-intent keywords and develop strategies around:
• Personal loan
• Instant personal loan
• Personal loan eligibility
• Personal loan without salary slip
• Personal loan for low CIBIL score
• Personal loan EMI
• Emergency/instant cash loans
• Short-term loans
• Loan apps and related searches
• Own SEO performance from keyword traffic application approved lead disbursement.

2. Affiliate Lead Generation

• Identify, onboard and manage affiliate partners, publishers, loan-comparison websites, financial blogs, apps, lead aggregators and performance marketers.
• Build and expand the company's affiliate acquisition network.
• Negotiate CPA/CPL/revenue-share commercial models.
• Monitor affiliate-wise:
• Leads
• Approval rate
• Disbursal rate
• Cost per lead
• Cost per disbursal
• Fraud/rejection rate
• ROI
• Continuously increase the contribution of affiliate-generated personal-loan leads.

3. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop content clusters and landing-page strategies.
• Improve technical SEO, on-page SEO and internal linking.
• Manage backlink and digital PR strategies.
• Identify opportunities to rank against leading personal-loan and lending platforms.
• Optimize existing pages for higher rankings and lead conversion.
• Work with technology/product teams on SEO-friendly website architecture.

4. Lead Conversion & Funnel Optimization

SEO success will be measured not only by traffic but by actual loan leads and disbursals.

The candidate will:

• Improve landing-page conversion rates.
• Analyze traffic-to-lead and lead-to-disbursal funnels.
• Identify keywords and traffic sources producing the highest-quality customers.
• Work with CRM, credit and performance teams to improve lead quality.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, forms, CTAs and content.
