Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor website indexation, page speed, mobile usability, and overall site health.
• Perform keyword research and develop page-wise keyword mapping based on search intent and business objectives.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal linking, URLs, and schema markup.
• Monitor and analyse website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO activities, including quality link building and relevant outreach campaigns.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improving search rankings and organic growth.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team and coordinate with UK-based stakeholders to align SEO activities with business goals.
• Contribute ideas and implement SEO strategies tailored to the UK market and target audience.
• Track SEO performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and the latest SEO best practices.
• Take ownership of assigned SEO projects and contribute to building and strengthening the digital presence of our growing Mohali branch.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Professionals with practical knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, and keyword research.
• Candidates experienced in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
• Individuals with an understanding of the UK market or experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• A proactive individual who takes initiative, works collaboratively, and is eager to learn and grow with a developing team.
• Candidates who are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the growth of our new Mohali branch while collaborating with our UK-based business.
