Seo Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on SEO Executive with 13 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency and practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.

The candidate should be comfortable working with Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, WordPress, Schema Markup, Google Business Profile, and basic website/landing page optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities for multiple websites/projects.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant keywords for SEO campaigns.
• Optimize website content, headings, URLs, internal links, images, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
• Add and manage website properties in Google Search Console.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Implement and manage basic tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Work with WordPress CMS for website and SEO-related updates.
• Create and publish basic SEO-friendly landing pages independently or coordinate with developers when required.
• Implement and maintain Schema Markup / Structured Data.
• Perform basic technical SEO audits and identify issues related to indexing, crawling, broken links, redirects, page speed, and website structure.
• Handle Off-Page SEO activities, including backlink building, competitor analysis, and link opportunities.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and support local SEO activities.
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, and other SEO metrics.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and share performance updates.
• Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and other team members for SEO implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is mandatory.

• On-Page SEO
• Off-Page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Basic to good knowledge of Google Search Console.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Basic working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Comfortable working with WordPress CMS.
• Ability to create and publish basic SEO-friendly landing pages.
• Ability to write SEO-friendly meta titles and meta descriptions.
• Knowledge of Schema Markup / Structured Data.
• Experience with Google Business Profile optimization.
• Good understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis, and SEO reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
