About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Ads Specialist to drive organic and paid digital
marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads,
Meta Ads, campaign optimization, lead generation, and performance analysis.
The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, driving qualified website traffic,
generating leads, and optimizing digital campaigns based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, internal linking, and
technical SEO elements.
• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, conversions, CPL, and ROI.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
• Develop and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search
Console, and relevant marketing tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the content, design, sales, and business development teams to
support lead-generation objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in search algorithms, advertising platforms, and digital
marketing trends.
Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, IT, Telecom, Technology, or enterprise
solutions will be preferred.
