Job Role Description

• Develop content ideas and write engaging copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, email campaigns, ads, and website pages.
• Write high-converting marketing copy for ads, landing pages, brochures, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
• Create compelling hooks, captions, headlines, scripts, and storytelling-based content.
• Research finance, education, career, and industry trends to create relevant content.
• Convert complex finance concepts into simple, engaging, student-friendly content.
• Develop persuasive messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Maintain consistency in Zell's tone of voice across all communication channels.
• Analyse content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with designers and video teams to bring content ideas to life.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content writing and copywriting.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent command of English.
• Hands-on experience in SEO content creation and writing blogs/articles that improve search visibility and organic traffic.
