SEO and Google Ads Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Manage on-page, off-page, technical SEO and local SEO.
• Develop and implement AI SEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
• Work on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
• Optimize content for Google Search, AI search engines, featured snippets, and answer-based search.
• Conduct keyword research, search-intent analysis, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor SEO rankings, organic traffic, leads, Google Ads performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI marketing tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of AI SEO, GEO, AEO, and Generative AI.
• Understanding of search intent, structured content, entities, schema markup, and content optimization.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-powered marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to develop strategies for both traditional and AI-powered search.
