SEO Analyst

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for a stealth-mode product
• Own keyword research, clustering, and mapping to key user journeys and content
• Optimize blogs, product pages, and landing pages for SERPs
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices in content creation

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
• Track and report key metrics including CTR, bounce rate, rankings, and traffic sources
• Identify and act on opportunities for technical improvements and content gaps

Link Building & Outreach

• Execute link-building strategies and guest post outreach to acquire high-quality backlinks
• Maintain relationships with publishers and SEO partners

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with web development, content marketing, and product marketing teams
• Stay updated with search algorithm changes and industry trends
• Recommend improvements to SEO workflows and knowledge sharing across teams

Ideal Candidate

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO or SEM, ideally at a high-growth startup
• Proven success in scaling SEO for B2B SaaS or consumer internet businesses
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Comfortable working with Wordpress and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong project management and time ownership skills
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt and execute quickly

Preferred Background

• Engineering or technical background
• Experience in international SEO or multi-language site optimization
• Exposure to CRO, schema markup, and SEO A/B testing
