About the Role
Scaler is launching a new business unit that partners with universities to design, market, and deliver
professional programs for working learners. This unit operates with its own P&L, its own go-to-market
approach, and a distinct positioning — more accessible price points, university co-branding, and a wider
target audience than Scaler's flagship programs.
We're looking for a detail-oriented SEO Analyst who can own the day-to-day engine that keeps organic
growth compounding. This is a hands-on execution role — you'll run the regular BAU that keeps our
content and SEO machine healthy, manage the editorial process end-to-end, and steadily improve the
systems that make it all run smoothly. If you take pride in tight execution, clean processes, and content
that ships on time and on standard, this is your seat.

What You'll Do
You'll own the engine room of organic growth — the systems and cadence that turn content into a
compounding channel:
Own content end-to-end — Take content from brief to published, live, and ranking. You'll drive
briefs, drafts, reviews, and launches so the right content ships on time and at standard — and
nothing slips through the cracks.

Turn the process into an advantage — Build and sharpen the editorial workflows and SOPs that
let the team move faster without dropping quality. The better your system, the faster we grow.
Make the machine smarter every week — Hunt down friction in how content gets produced and
published, and keep engineering it out. You won't just run the process — you'll keep upgrading
it.
Keep the content library winning — Audit and refresh existing Varsity content to recover
rankings, revive underperformers, and compound the value of everything already published.
Let data drive the calls — Track rankings, traffic, and engagement in GA4 and GSC, spot what's
working, and turn those signals into the next set of moves.
Work at the center of it all — Partner with writers, designers, tech, and the SEO Lead to keep
quality high and momentum higher.

Who We're Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on SEO or content-ops experience, ideally in a digital-first, ed-tech, or
high-growth environment
Strong ownership of execution — reliable, organised, and detail-oriented in managing recurring
work
Comfortable running an editorial process end-to-end and keeping multiple pieces of content on
track
Solid grasp of on-page SEO fundamentals and content best practices
Hands-on (or eager to get hands-on) with SEO tooling — Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, MS Clarity,
Screamingfrog
A process-minded builder who spots friction and improves the system rather than just working
around it
