Designation: Lead Java Developer

Experience Level: 6-12 Years

Interview Process: Coding, Technical Interview and Manager Interview

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, Microservices.
• Hands-on with Angular (v8+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in developing & consuming REST APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Familiar with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Hands-on with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Security concepts (OAuth2, JWT, Auth)
• Experience in Performance tuning & monitoring
