Senior Zoho Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zoho Developer with a proven track record in the real estate sector. In this role, you will design, customize, and scale our complete Zoho ecosystem to optimize property sales pipelines, automate leasing workflows, and streamline property management operations. You will act as the technical bridge between our sales, marketing, and operations teams to build a seamless property-tech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
System Architecture & Development

• End-to-End Implementation: Design and deploy scalable solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho ONE, Zoho Books and Zoho Desk.
  
• Custom Development: Write advanced Deluge scripts, custom functions, and webhooks to handle complex business logic.
  
• Property Portal Integration: Build robust APIs to sync real estate listings seamlessly between Zoho CRM and major property portals (e.g., Zillow, Rightmove, MagicBricks, or internal websites).
  

? Real Estate Workflow Automation

• Lead & Inventory Management: Automate lead scoring, assignment rules, and visual pipelines for property listings, units, and availability tracking.
  
• Transaction Automation: Build workflows for booking expressions of interest (EOIs), processing payment milestones, and generating demand letters.
  
• Document Automation: Integrate Zoho Sign with CRM to automate the generation, routing, and signing of lease agreements, buyer agreements, and brokerage contracts.
  

? Data, Analytics & Security

• Advanced Reporting: Create real-time dashboards in Zoho Analytics to track agent performance, sales velocity, rental yields, and marketing ROI.
  
• Data Integrity & Security: Establish and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC), profiles, and sharing rules tailored for multi-tier real estate teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Mastery: Expertise in Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM API, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Real Estate Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate lifecycles (Lead Site Visit Booking Documentation Property Handover).
  
• Zoho Creator Expertise: Proven experience building custom applications from scratch using Zoho Creator.
  
• Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex commercial real estate or residential sales workflows into clean technical workflows.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Zoho CRM Developer or Zoho Creator Associate.
  
• Experience integrating Zoho with external ERPs (like SAP or Oracle) or property management software (like Yardi or Entrata).
