About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop project plans for new implementations or enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance on core HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday system configuration, data integrity, and user access management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Workday implementation or support role.
- Strong understanding of core HCM concepts including Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation & Recruiting.
- Experience with designing complex workflows using Workday's process builder tool.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale projects within tight deadlines.
