Senior Work Force Management Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and optimize workforce schedules to meet business needs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for staffing levels, taking into account seasonal trends and historical data.

Job Requirements :
