Senior Welding Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Engineer Welding with strong experience in welding process development, weld assessment, NDT, material testing and welding applications.

Key Skills:

• GMAW / MIG / MAG, GTAW / TIG, MMA / SMAW, SAW
• Welding consumables, filler metals & shielding gases
• Weldability, weld defects & root cause analysis
• WPS / PQR / Welder Qualification
• NDT, reliability & mechanical/metallurgical testing
• Welding power sources, converters/inverters & magnetics
• Welding automation – Robot, SPM, Column & Boom, Tractor
• ASME / AWS / ISO / international standards
• Customer requirement analysis and test-case development
• NPD, product validation and technical report preparation

Preferred: Experience in welding R&D, process development, automation and power-source applications.
