Senior Wedding Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions and understand the couple's vision, requirements, priorities and expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, families, vendors, dcor, hospitality and internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed wedding plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Work closely with the couple to translate their ideas into the overall wedding experience, particularly dcor and event design.
• Oversee guest management, hospitality, logistics and on-ground execution.
• Anticipate potential issues and resolve them proactively.
• Maintain high standards of execution throughout the wedding lifecycle.
• Conduct post-event closure and ensure complete handover.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant wedding planning/event management experience, preferably with luxury or destination weddings.
• Strong client-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving ability.
• Strong understanding of dcor, hospitality, logistics and wedding production.
• Ability to manage multiple teams, vendors and family stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality.
• Ability to remain composed and decisive under pressure.
