Key Responsibilities

• Resolve international customer queries over calls.
• Interact with customers to resolve billing issues.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Upsell or cross-sell telecom products.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in International Voice Process from BPO Company
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer handling & problem-solving skills
• Flexibility working in night / rotational shifts
