Senior Visual Merchandiser Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent implementation of brand VM standards across assigned stores.
• Execute seasonal launches, window displays, in-store campaigns, and promotional displays.
• Conduct regular VM audits and share corrective action plans.
• Train and coach store teams on VM guidelines and display standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Store Managers for timely campaign execution.
• Manage VM materials, fixtures, signage, and display assets.
• Support new store openings, store refreshes, and special VM projects.
• Share weekly VM reports, store visit updates, and performance observations.

What Were Looking For

• 35 years of relevant experience in Visual Merchandising.
• Strong understanding of apparel retail VM standards and store presentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and travel across assigned locations.
