Role Description The Senior Video Editor role at Momentum Growth is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the Senior Video Editor will manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including assembling raw footage, crafting narrative structure, and refining edits to align with brand and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include color grading, sound refinement, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various digital platforms. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers, creative directors, and marketing teams to interpret briefs, propose creative solutions, and maintain a consistent visual identity. This role also involves mentoring junior editors, maintaining organized project files, and staying current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with a keen eye for visual consistency and aesthetic quality.
• Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and overlays.
• Advanced proficiency with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing a range of edited video projects across marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
• Strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative or marketing teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
