Role Description

Location: Delhi

Reports to: Associate Director — Design

The role

Own video output at Hudle: brand films, social-first content and performance ads. You'll take a brief from idea to delivery, and build the systems that let us produce at volume without losing quality.

Responsibilities

1. Take footage from rushes to finished film — edit, grade, sound, motion graphics and titles — and deliver it correctly versioned for every platform we run.
2. Produce social-first content for Hudle's channels and event IPs.
3. Create performance ads for Meta and Google. Volume and turnaround matter as much as craft.
4. Build AI into the pipeline where it genuinely earns its place.
5. Shoot for in-house social content regularly.

Requirements

1. 4-7 years in video editing, with a portfolio spanning both brand storytelling and performance work.
2. Advanced Premiere Pro and After Effects.
3. Active, working use of AI tools — Runway, Veo, Kling, ElevenLabs or equivalents — with a clear point of view on where each helps and where it still fails.
4. Fluency in social-first craft.
5. Comfort with speed. Same-day and next-day turnarounds are normal.

Good to have

1. Camera skills and basic knowledge of shoots and production.
2. Prior work at a consumer brand, D2C business or sports production company.
3. Design ability in Figma or Photoshop for statics, thumbnails and end cards.
