Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive business growth, leveraging expertise in artificial intelligence, client relationship management, performance marketing, and quick commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the organization's online presence.
• Manage key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on e-commerce strategy development.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record in developing effective client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
