About Us:
JCAI is expanding its Cross-Border M&A Advisory team. We are seeking motivated professionals with relevant India coverage experience to join our practice in Tokyo, Japan.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years as lead advisor in cross-border M&A at an M&A firm or financial institution, or equivalent experience
- Advanced business-level English
- Strong project ownership and team leadership skills
- Willingness to relocate to Tokyo, Japan (for overseas candidates)
Nice-to-Haves:
- CPA (Japan/US), CFA
- M&A team management
- Japanese language proficiency
Salary & Compensation:
- Base Salary: JPY 10,000,000 - JPY 15,000,000 (Commensurate with experience and role)
- Incentive Structure: Up to 15% commission on generated revenue
