Senior Vice President - F&A Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end F&A operations with strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R)

Should have managed a headcount of 1000+
Manage strategic client relationships and executive stakeholder engagement
Drive effective resolution of client escalations and ensure service excellence
Provide leadership in controllership and governance processes
Lead onboarding and transition of new clients and engagements
Build organizational capability, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Drive operational transformation, productivity, and business growth

Extensive experience in large-scale Finance & Accounting operations leadership
Strong client management and consultative skills
Demonstrated success in people leadership and talent development
Expertise in R2R, controllership, governance, and process transformation
Experience managing global teams and complex stakeholder environments
