AsaSeniorVDIOperationsEngineer, you will be responsible for supporting andmaintainingenterpriseVirtualDesktopInfrastructure(VDI)environmentsacrossCitrix,VMware,andOmnissaplatforms.Youwillworkcloselywithglobalteamstoensureservicestability,resolvecomplextechnicalissues,andcontributetocontinuousserviceimprovement.

• Support,administer,andoptimiseCitrixandVMwareVDIenvironments.
• Monitor,troubleshoot,andresolveinfrastructureandservice-relatedincidents.
• ManageIncident,Request,Change,andProblemrecordsinlinewithITILprocesses.
• Supportsecuritycomplianceactivitiesandremediationinitiatives.
• Collaboratewithinfrastructure,security,networking,andoperationsteams.
• Contributetooperationaldocumentation,runbooks,andknowledge-sharinginitiatives.
• Participateinmajorincidentmanagementandservicecontinuityactivities

• ExperiencewithCitrixVirtualApps&Desktops(CVAD),CitrixCloud,StoreFront,Studio,Director,andMCS.
• StrongknowledgeofVMwarevSphere,ESXi,vCenter,andOmnissaHorizon.
• ExperiencesupportingWindowsServerenvironments,ActiveDirectory,DNS,DHCP,andGroupPolicy.
• UnderstandingofITSMprocessesandITIL-basedservicedelivery.
• PowerShellscriptingskillsandaninterestinautomation.
• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingabilities.
• Excellentcommunication,collaboration,anddocumentationskills.
• ProfessionalproficiencyinEnglish;Germanlanguageskillsareanadvantage.
