As a Senior UX Researcher at Okta India, you will join a globally distributed research and design team, shaping customer experiences across the Access Management ecosystem. Your mission is to secure workforce access right from physical device bootup delivering frictionless, phishing resistant, and passwordless authentication across macOS, Windows,Linux, iOS, and Android platforms.

In this role, you will lead end to end research initiatives, translating ambiguous product questions into actionable insights that directly influence long term strategy and near term product decisions across global Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) teams.

You will join an AI first team of researchers and designers supported by leadership who fosters high autonomy, deep ownership, and a strong culture of craft. As part of Okta's centralized Design Research organization in Bengaluru, you will act as a key research anchor, working closely with cross functional partners in both India and the US to define problems, explore solutions, and drive impact.

You will balance functional, foundational research with generative explorations that help frame new security and identity paradigms in an evolving, technical problem space.

As the dedicated User Researcher for Access Management in India, you will own the UX research strategy along with an opportunity to act as a foundational builder for our regional research operations.
