Immediate Joiners Only Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences. This role combines UX strategy, storytelling, and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on influencing product direction and driving measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UX design lifecycle (discovery → storyboarding → design → validation) • Define and execute UX strategy aligned with business and product goals • Influence product direction, roadmap decisions, and experience vision • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and behavioral insights • Create storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Translate complex workflows into intuitive, narrative-driven user experiences • Drive consistency through design systems and scalable UX frameworks • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders • Mentor designers and contribute to UX capability maturity • Ensure accessibility (WCAG), usability, and performance standards Required Skill and Experience • 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong focus on enterprise or complex systems • Proven track record of designing end-to-end experiences for large-scale products • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and shape product strategy • Expertise in UX design, interaction design, and information architecture • Strong emphasis on storyboarding and experience storytelling to communicate design intent • Advanced proficiency in design tools • Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, or enterprise platforms • Deep understanding of user research methods and usability testing • Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured design solutions • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG) • Must demonstrate: o Problem definition and user research o Storyboarding and journey mapping o Design process and iterations o Measurable impact on user experience and business outcomes Preferred Qualifications • Experience with design systems and DesignOps • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Experience with data-intensive applications (dashboards, analytics platforms) • Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven UX experiences • Experience in Agile / product-oriented environments Nice to Have (Enterprise / Industrial Context) • Experience designing for: o IoT platforms, Digital Twin systems, or operational dashboards • Understanding of: o Asset monitoring, industrial workflows, HSE systems • Exposure to: o AI/ML-powered interfaces or GenAI-based UX experiences
