What You’ll Do

• Drive Innovation: Own the entire design journey—from initial discovery to final delivery—across complex, customer-facing product initiatives.
• Collaborate Directly: Transform ambiguous client briefs into stunning design solutions.
• Be the Voice of Design: Articulate design choices with clarity to stakeholders.
• Inspire & Mentor : Guide junior designers and champion studio culture.
• Lead Strategy : Run dynamic design sprints and interactive workshops.
• Build Ecosystems : Create scalable design systems across multiple platforms.
• Grow Leadership : Take ownership of high-impact projects and client relations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 3 to 8 years designing digital products (SaaS, apps, platforms).
• Stellar Portfolio : Demonstrated visual finesse and deep systems thinking.
• Storytelling Skills : Ability to communicate the story behind design choices.
• Client-Facing Passion : Strong interest or experience in client-side engagement.
