Senior User Experience Designer

Role: Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Location: Mumbai (On-site, 5 Days/Week)

Role Overview: We are looking for a

Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) with

5+ years of experience designing

B2C digital products . The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive, visually compelling user experiences while balancing

user needs ,

business goals , and

brand identity .

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences that align with business, marketing, and content objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create

sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs .

• Continuously refine designs using

user feedback, analytics, and usability insights .

• Design and maintain

consistent UI across web platforms.

• Translate

UX concepts and wireframes into pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs .

• Work closely with developers by providing

detailed design specifications and ensuring design quality during implementation.

• Partner with

UX Designers, UI Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Contribute to and scale a

robust Design System for product consistency and future growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

Product Design (UI/UX) .

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Expertise in

Figma and

Adobe Creative Suite .

• Strong understanding of

UI Design, UX Design, Visual Design, Branding, Design Systems, and AI-powered workflows .

• Experience working in

Agile environments with a

data-driven design approach .

• Excellent

communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills .

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced startup environment .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

HCI, Graphic Design, Fine Arts , or a related field.

• Degree from institutes such as

NID, IDC IIT Bombay, or other reputed design schools is a plus.

• Experience designing

financial products/apps or

complex data visualizations .

• Interest or knowledge in the

stock market, trading, or financial literacy is a plus.
