Position: Senior US IT Recruiter
Location: Asian Sun City, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite only
Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Experience: 3 - 10 years in US IT Recruiting
Job Summary
Everest Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior US IT recruiters and drive full-cycle recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US staffing, team handling, and client coordination.
Required Skills
- 3 to 10+ years of US IT recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, H4-EAD, TN)
- Understanding of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Expertise in job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
