Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our US-based client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting technology professionals across SAP, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data/AI, Application Development, and Enterprise Applications.

This is a hands-on recruiting position. The candidate should be comfortable sourcing candidates independently, conducting initial technical and behavioral screening, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews, and driving candidates through offer and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake through candidate onboarding.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and client-facing teams to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit candidates across W2, C2C, 1099, contract-to-hire, and full-time/permanent positions.
• Perform detailed candidate screening covering technical skills, communication, experience, location, availability, compensation/rate expectations, and work authorization.
• Recruit for technologies including:
• SAP – S/4HANA, Basis, Security/GRC, FICO, ABAP, BTP, Integration, Testing
• Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Cloud & DevOps – Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Cybersecurity – Vulnerability Management, IAM, SIEM, Cloud Security
• Infrastructure – Windows, Linux, VMware, Networking
• Data, Analytics & AI
• Application Development – Java, .NET, React, Node.js
• Enterprise platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and related technologies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
• Negotiate compensation and contract rates while maintaining required margins.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, Account Managers, technical teams, and clients.
• Minimize candidate dropouts, interview no-shows, and offer declines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information in the ATS/CRM.
• Develop long-term relationships with consultants and candidates.
• Support urgent and difficult-to-fill client requirements.

Performance Expectations / KPIs

The Senior Recruiter will be measured on both activity and hiring outcomes, including:

• 10+ qualified candidate submissions per week
• 2+ client interviews per week
• Consistent candidate pipeline generation
• Submission-to-interview conversion
• Interview-to-offer conversion
• Offer acceptance and successful onboarding
• Candidate quality and retention
• Turnaround time for priority requirements
• Low candidate dropout/no-show rate

Performance will be measured primarily on quality submissions, interviews, placements, and successful starts—not simply resume volume.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing and consulting market.
• Experience working with US-based clients and Account Managers.
• Strong sourcing experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Good understanding of US employment and work authorization categories including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, OPT and CPT.
• Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify genuinely qualified candidates.
• Strong candidate screening and rate negotiation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable working during US business hours from India.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple concurrent requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for direct enterprise clients or Tier-1 customers.
• Strong network of US-based technology consultants.
• Experience recruiting SAP, Azure, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and AI/Data professionals.
• Experience supporting managed services and project-based technology engagements.
• Previous experience mentoring junior recruiters is an advantage.

You will understand the requirement, identify the right talent quickly, validate candidate quality before submission, maintain strong candidate relationships, and work closely with the account and delivery teams to turn client requirements into successful placements.
