Position: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location:100% Remote (Tamilnadu Candidates are Preferred)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
• Lead and mentor recruiters while managing daily recruitment activities and team performance.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including sourcing, Boolean searches, and job postings.
• Strong experience with X-Ray Search and alternative candidate sourcing methods.
• Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, JobDiva, and other ATS platforms.
• Strong expertise in resume screening and visa/work authorization screening.
• Good understanding of US staffing tax terms — C2C, W2, and 1099.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Conduct team/recruitment meetings and coordinate technical and client interviews.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, and placements to achieve team targets.
• Excellent verbal, written, and email communication skills.
