Senior US IT Recruiter (Night shift)

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and place qualified technology professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the US.Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
• Review resumes and match candidates with technical job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Java, Python .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA, RPA ETC.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is a plus.
